Apple Day

This is a chance to make your own apple cider, using our grinder and presses. We will have cider grade apples for sale*, or you can bring a bushel from your own tree. Also, apple tasting, a bake sale full of apple goodies, and other fun with apples. 10:00 a.m. – 3:00-ish p.m.
*Cider apples available while supplies last – preorder recommended. Contact Joan (hellmann@umich.edu or 734-274-0773) to place a preorder for cider apples.
